Wayne Taborda - Managing Director

Carol Taborda - Manager/ Quality Assurance

Wayne has been involved in the road industry for many years commencing his career at Main Roads Department, Construction and Maintenance Branch, Western Australia. Wayne has held an Advanced Management Certificate since 1998. He brings to TABORDA a wealth of professional traffic management plan design experience having worked for other road traffic companies in Western Australia prior to this establishment.

Carol has been in the industry since 2002. Carol has been involved in a number of large projects that include the large Perth to Mandurah Railway Project. Carol brings experience to this industry by building effective and strong relationships with clients enabling TABORDA to deliver the ultimate solution to each client’s requirements. Together with Wayne, they strive to provide a high quality service to clients.

Their vision and direction has taken the business to become a Western Australian leader in traffic management and in addition fostering the upmost professionalism across the industry. It is always our goal to ensure a safe environment for anyone using Western Australian roads.

TABORDA Contracting strives to provide staff that have the skill levels to provide our clients with a reliable, efficient service.

We ensure all staff are trained correctly, hold all the required tickets and certifications for the roles they are undergoing. Always make sure staff is up to date with any changes to legislation and code of practice to ensure our clients only get the best.

The majority of our crew leaders have been in the industry for 10 plus years and have been with TABORDA between 4 – 8 years. We do not have as big a turnover of Traffic controllers as other companies seem to have. We treat our employees with respect and in return they work hard to keep all clients happy.

We always aim to keep the same Traffic controllers on the same projects/works as to maintain ongoing understanding of the project requirements and maintain relationships with the clients and crews onsite.
